    Genting Hong Kong Limited, formerly known as Star Cruises Limited, was incorporated on November 10, 1993.

    i) Star Cruises - Asia-Pacific
    Star Cruises is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genting Hong Kong, a leading global leisure, entertainment and hospitality corporation. A pioneer in the Asia Pacific cruise industry, Star Cruises has been operating its fleet since 1993, taking on the bold initiative to grow the region as an international cruise destination with a fleet of seven vessels including SuperStar Virgo, SuperStar Libra, SuperStar Gemini, SuperStar Aquarius, Star Pisces, MegaStar Taurus and The Taipan.
    ii) Crystal Cruises – International

    Net revenue per capacity day. The group utilizes net revenue yield to manage its business on a day-to-day basis and believes that it is the most relevant measure of the pricing performance and is commonly used in the cruise industry.

    Passenger cruise days represent the number of passengers carried for the period, multiplied by the number of days in their respective cruises.

    Passenger cruise days divided by capacity days and expressed as a percentage, whether taken over a single ship on a single voyage or a series of ships over an extended period.

    Load factors are often in excess of 100%, because cruise ships often have more than two beds per cabin.

    The number of guest beds on a cruise ship, calculated, in accordance with industry practice, by multiplying the number of guest cabins by two beds per cabin. Lower berths do not represent the actual number of guest beds on a cruise ship. The actual number of beds may be different because it is possible to furnish a cabin on a cruise ship with more or fewer than two beds per cabin.
